Base Maintenance Representation

Materials Representatives handles aircraft to the MRO worldwide and managing materials supply, procurement and logistics in order to minimise aircraft downtime and maximise cost savings. Power-On representatives are the vital link between Airline and MRO, with a proactive approach to supply chain issues that eliminates delays in heavy maintenance projects.

Repair Management

We responsible for the progress of your repair/ overhaul of Aircraft Engine, APU, Components at the repairer’s facilities in order to expediting and obtain improved & promise delivery dates to support operational material shortages and completion of the repair/ overhaul tasks in the optimum cost effective way, and as per the RTAT (repair turnaround time).

We continuously check your criticality (Nil stock/AOG) and follow-up with vendors on suitable repair arrangements to assure remedy and control over nil stock/ AOG.

We effectively achieve lower repair costs and repair turn-around time so as to minimize the float quantity and to enhance availability of serviceable components for use on aircraft when needed.

We are maximize opportunities to incorporate modification and upgrades during the repair events and also ensure to take full advantage of the warranty and guarantee availability.

Surplus Management

We relieve the burden of aviation parts surplus simply and efficiently, either by purchasing your stock, or by holding it on consignment and trading it on your behalf, maximising the financial benefits for both parties.
